A lot happens between appointments.
Rerio is building a personalized health platform focused on Alzheimer's disease. It helps people keep up with their care day to day, uses AI to notice what’s changing and what could be considered for future treatment, and gives their doctor the full picture before each visit.
Read the ideaThe problem
Doctor visits are often six months apart.
Most care decisions are made in short visits, a few times a year. Everything in between, like how someone slept, whether the medication fit their routine, or a slow change nobody wrote down, mostly goes unseen.

The idea
Identify subtle patterns from daily life to improve outcomes.
On any given day a person produces far more information than any doctor can reliably process. Rerio sets aside what it can’t trust, searches the rest across every day and every source, and against the person’s own past and people like them, then gives the doctor what matters, with the evidence to support it.
A change after a new medication
One month of readings from one person, a line for each source and a point for each day. Some of it is wrong.
Who it’s for
Two sides of the same visit.
People living with Alzheimer’s and their families use the app every day. Their doctors see what changed, in time for the next appointment.
For patients and families
Less to keep track of between visits.
Medication reminders, a daily check-in, a short activity and a wearable, in one app. Join the beta list to try it.
What Rerio does for patientsFor clinicians
A visit is short. Spend it on the patient.
A short brief before each appointment: what changed, the context behind it and options to discuss, with the evidence. You make every decision.
What Rerio does for cliniciansWhere we start
Starting with Alzheimer’s.
No two people experience Alzheimer’s the same way. It progresses at different speeds, shows up in different ways and responds differently to treatment, so no single protocol works for everyone. Care has to be built around the individual.
Focusing on one disease lets us go deep, building every part of the loop around people living with Alzheimer’s, their families and their doctors. What we learn here becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Patient app beta
The Rerio app is coming to beta soon.
We’re opening the patient app to a first group of beta testers. Leave your email and we’ll let you know when there’s a place for you.
